Thermal Conditioning has been servicing and repairing AAON commercial HVAC equipment throughout the Charlotte region for over 20 years. We maintain more than 200 AAON units across schools, hospitals, hotels, aquatic centers, government facilities, and commercial buildings — from legacy RK-series rooftop units to the newest RNA-generation equipment installed in 2024 and 2025.

We are an independent commercial HVAC contractor. We do not sell AAON equipment — we service it, diagnose it, and help facility managers get the most out of it.

RN Series — AAON’s primary current packaged line. We service RN units from 6 ton through 120 ton across gas, heat pump, electric, and cool-only configurations. This is the product line we work on most frequently.
RQ Series — Smaller packaged units, 4–6 ton. Gas, heat pump, and variable-speed configurations.
RNA Series — AAON’s newest generation, including DA-series and variable-capacity models. We have serviced RNA units installed as recently as 2024–2025.
