We’re seeking only the best HVAC technicians in the field and we have a list of requirements that must be met in order to be considered as a candidate for this position:
- 5 yrs of service technician experience performing diagnostic and repairs on:
- Rooftop units
- Chillers
- Boilers
- Dehumidifiers
- Firm grasp of working independently on, as well as the ability to deliver results for:
- Dx systems
- Chilled water systems
- Hydronic systems
- Gas heating systems

Thermal Conditioning, Inc. is currently seeking highly motivated apprentices with great attitudes to work with our more experienced technicians. Because we are not requiring experience, it is especially important that you include a cover letter with your resume to explain why this type of work appeals to you. Include any hobbies, classes, or aptitude tests you've taken that may be relevant.
You will receive extremely valuable hands-on training for a variety of commercial and industrial equipment. A partial list of the systems we repair includes:
-DX Air conditioning
-Dehumidification systems
-Air and water-cooled Chiller systems
-Steam Generators
-Hot water and Steam Boilers

Compensation depends on the ability to learn and apply skills, and all experience will be considered though none is required. Benefits package includes health insurance and paid vacation.
